Sydney and Courtney were dancers in the elementary schools production of the Nutcracker. Sydney was a Sugar Plum Fairy and Courtney was a candy flute.
We celebrated Sydney's 8th birthday with a High School Musical Party.
On Dec 24th, we went to Fargo's Pizza with Rachel's family....
And had a fun Christmas Eve with the Petersons & Hoffmans.
On Christmas morning, we opened our Christmas presents -
And then had a Cruzan Christmas Brunch. The cousins had fun together!
Preston gave his first Christmas a "THUMBS UP"!
We hosted a very successful Gingerbread Train Decorating & Eating Party. What a blast!
Sydney was baptized on Dec 29th. It was a special day and so wonderful having so many family and friends join us.
The next day was Preston's Baby Blessing at church.
We celebrated New Year's Eve with the Chaffins, Petersons and Brian's parents playing lots of fun games! We always ring in the new year by singing "Happy Birthday" to me but this year was even more special because my friend Rachel Peterson and I share the same birthday. So this year it was "Happy Birthday, Dear Rachels". I had a fantastic birthday with going to lunch with my buddy Jill, going to the chiropractor, and enjoying a fabulous traditional dinner of pork and sauerkraut with the Stahrs - complete with really yummy birthday cake! Thank you everyone for making my birthday so much fun!
So here we are in 2008. The kids are back in school and Brian's back to work and we're looking forward to what this year has in store for us.
