Conversation in the van today.....
Sydney: "Are you thirty, Mom?"
Me: "Yes, I'm thirty."
Sydney: "That's a lot of years."
Me: "Yep, it is."
Sydney: "If you're thirty years old and that's a lot of years, why do you look so young?"
Me: "Oh, you're so sweet to say that."
Well, she didn't understand why looking young would be a compliment so I explained that when people get to be a lot of years old they like to look young. Courtney didn't want to be left out of the conversation.
Courtney: "Mom, you look like a baby!"
Me: "Thanks, Courtney."
