Update....

Well, we got the truck all packed up and on our way. Not without the help and kindness of many friends. THANK YOU!

It was great to join the rest of the family in Idaho for Christmas. What a blast to have everyone together.

Christmas day we drove to Grandma Lani's and it was a thrill to be able to talk to Josh while he is on his mission in Brazil. We are so proud of him. Keep up the good work Josh!

We safely arrived in Colorado and only needed help twice getting our van out of the snow drifts on the un-plowed neighborhood streets.

We closed on our house just in the nick of time for another snow storm and so our household belongings were delivered 4 days later than expected...but fortunately they did arrive! And another THANK YOU to the friends who helped unload the truck! You're great!

A surprise birthday party was held for me on my 30th birthday...you guys pulled it off so well! What fun it was to enjoy fabulous food and great friends. Thank you for making my day so memorable and special. 30 actually feels pretty good.

So now we're just getting settled into our new house. Boxes everywhere...trying to decide where things go...I just want to get it done so I can start PAINTING! Can't wait to see some color on the walls. Audra - you got me hooked!

The girls have started at their new school and they're having a great time. (Sorry I can't figure out how to turn this picture...experienced bloggers please help!) Nathan was used to going to preschool in CA so he asks everyday if it's school day. We'll probably wait until the fall to put him back into preschool for a year before he starts kindergarten. So Susanne has been doing some "school" with him. They're working on letters and numbers and counting and shapes.

We're looking forward to another big snow on Friday so maybe we'll get a pajama and hot chocolate day.
